Responsibilities

Greeting customers & identifying needs
Responding to phone inquiries
Using catalogs, micro-fiche, websites, etc. to help customers find the best products for their needs
Merchandising parts & accessories displays

Sales

Sales Associate

Match riders to the right machine across the full BRP lineup — Can-Am, Sea-Doo, Ski-Doo, Spyder and Ryker.

Position Description

Greet customers immediately in a courteous and friendly manner
Present the features of all products to customers along with their benefits
Follow procedures to ensure timely and proper completion of all paperwork
Remain current with all sales department training
Continually learn more about the products and services you sell
Stay current on motorcycle trends and selling features

Qualifications & Job Requirements

High energy level
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to work effectively with all areas of the dealership

Service

A-Level Service Technician

Diagnose and repair to factory spec, and bring the newer techs along with you.

Skills / Qualifications

Must be able to accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on units in for service
Perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications
Be able to work in a fast paced environment with a high level of attention to safety and quality workmanship
Provide clear written records of all repairs performed
Ownership of a complete set of tools
Have the ability to work in a clean professional manner
The ability to follow safety guidelines both in the workshop and when out on test rides
Ability to train, mentor, and transfer skills to less experienced technicians
Proficient in meeting deadlines and completing work productively and profitably
Maintain a positive working relationship with all other employees
Minimize come-backs and deal with them promptly and satisfactorily when they do occur

Job Requirements

3-5 years of technical experience preferred
Basic computer skills
Positive, friendly attitude
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
The ability to push a 700 lb. motorcycle and be able to lift 100 lbs.
Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
Must possess valid driver license
